  • 3 eggs
  • 1 natural skimmed yogur
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 g milk cream
  • Half a glass of cornstarch (fine corn flour, completely suitable for celiacs)
  • Half a glass of gluten-free flour

Elaboration

  • The preparation is very simple, just beat all the elements shown until creating a very homogeneous mass.
  • Next, we will prepare a source that already has a burnt sugar base (to prepare burnt sugar you only need to boil water and sugar until it thickens).
  • Next, we pour the mixture over the burnt sugar and microwave it for 18 or 20 minutes at maximum power.

  • 300 g of Maizena (corn flour)
  • 100 g gluten-free flour
  • 60g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 20 g of baker’s yeast (it is more natural, always avoiding chemistry, which contains gluten)
  • 1 glass of skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • Zest of half a lemon

Elaboration

  • We start by putting the gluten-free flour suitable for celiacs and the cornstarch in a large container, mixing well to then make a small hole in the center where we will place the yeast , half a glass of milk, a pinch of salt and a little sugar.
  • Now we knead again, at least for ten minutes so that it is very fine and homogeneous, also adding the remaining sugar, the lemon zest and the egg.
  • Then we let the dough rest until it has doubled in volume. Then, add the rest of the milk and knead well.
  • On the other hand, heat the oven to 40ºC , for at least twenty minutes, then turn it off.
  • Next, we cover the dough we have made with a plastic bag and let it ferment in the heated oven until it doubles in volume (at least for 30 or 40 minutes).
  • Once this time has passed , we spread the dough with a rolling pin and with the help of a glass placed upside down, we make holes, those shapes will be the resulting buns.
  • When they are done, we let them rest until they double their volume again.
  • Then we fry them, for this we will use a frying pan with boiling oil.
  • Finally, we drain them and serve them sprinkled with sugar.

  • 25 g butter
  • 160 g creamy semi-skimmed queso brand suitable for celiacs
  • 30g sugar
  • 25 g fresh coconut, grated
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50 g suitable fondant chocolate, gluten-free and the most natural possible, which has 90% cocoa
  • Neutral gelatin in sheets

Preparation of the base

  • First, we crush the cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
  • Then, we press the base of the mold with the help of a glass or spoon.

Preparation of the cream

  • First, we put the gelatin in cold water for a few minutes.
  • Now we beat the cheese with the sugar.
  • Next we add the grated coconut and coconut water, continuing to beat.
  • Then, we prepare a puree with the two ripe bananas that we will also add to the mixture.
